Warnings:
Ruvik is essentially a walking body horror and torture warning, and he's a real sick son of a bitch on top of that, so I definitely understand if people would rather not interact with him. His appearance is off-putting enough, covered in burn scars and the side of his head split open revealing his brain through a glass plate. His attitude is not much better either. Ruvik would much rather take your body apart and see what happens if he pokes this squishy bit instead of that squishy bit, and as such he can be pretty unpleasant to be around. There's also the tiny detail that he may or may not be in love with his sister, taking his childhood affections to a bit of a different level, so that can be a fair bit off-putting as well.

The Evil Within is a fairly gross and gorey canon with a particularly brutal and gruesome baddie, and not everyone's on board with that. Just be sure to take all that into account and make sure you're comfortable with it before interacting with Ruvik! And of course I'm more than willing to tone down the grossness when CR is necessary for game plots and the like, so no worries. Just don't be expecting rainbows and kittens with this guy.
